What is the lead time for furniture orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces typically require 8-12 weeks for production and international transit, as many are handcrafted in Italy.
How do you handle shipping for large items?
Large furniture pieces are shipped via specialized white-glove motor freight carriers. This service includes inside delivery, room of choice placement, and removal of all packaging materials.
Are these authentic reproductions of original designs?
Yes, we specialize in high-quality reproductions that adhere strictly to the original specifications and dimensions of Bauhaus-era masters, using premium materials like Italian leather and stainless steel.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and items that have been assembled are not eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply.
